Have you ever seen them, used them? I haven't, I'm sorry to admit. But I found a web-site that tells you about them, about the exercises, and even that Rocky Balboa (the newest movie with Stallone) uses them in the movie! Well, if I had no other reason to go see it, now I have this. I would have gone anyway to be honest, this last movie in the Rocky-series can't be as bad as the previous one (can it?). So anyway, check this out and see if you don't want in on the fun, I know I do!
