I am starting an on-line personal training business, after having had many people contact me after reading my blogs and forum postings. Each person who signs up will be treated as an individual, there are no standard training programs or nutritional programs automatically assigned to you.
I ask you to tell me how your current lifestyle is, how you eat and live and train; what types of foods you eat, so that your menus will suit YOUR taste. The training program will follow your level, whether you are a total beginner taking the first step on the road to a leaner, healthier life full of energy, or you have been training for a year, or even for many years. I will want to know your specific goals, your ideas on how you want to live and look, and I’ll work on this information to help you achieve just that!
What do I know? Why am I better than the next gal? Well, better I don’t think; as good as many yes, better than most probably. I am dedicated to the “cause” of FITNESS and BODY-BUILDING as well as HEALTHY LIVING, which comprises nutrition, rest, play, life in general! I hold a certification as a Personal Trainer from the Regent Academy in London (England). I have been doing self-studies for years on nutrition and am in daily contact with several experts in the field. Over the years I have also read all I could find on healthy lifestyles, such as the best color schemes for the different rooms in the house, what materials are best to use for the environment, etc. (I’ve also played around a little with Feng Shui, but this is a rather complex field and I will have to study it more in-depth before I would even attempt to tell anyone what to do in that domain). In other words, I will not advise you on something where I do not have enough competence. I will either re-direct you to someone who can help, or get the advise for you from the person myself.
I offer short-term packages, which will let you judge for yourself whether you would like to keep working with me. My long-term packages include bonuses such as Newsletter Memberships, a free download to my new book (once it is available, those who signed up before it is, will get it once it's out), or even to the All Stars Training Secrets! I will be giving you health updates from time to time, when something important turns up. Eventually I may even start a Newsletter, which will be free to those who chose a medium-term package and more.
I know many find it useful to have someone they are accountable to. Many people find it embarrassing to tell close friends or family about their bodies (and many don’t care), somehow it seems easier to “cheat” people you know well. The trouble with a personal trainer, is that they have schedules and you have to find a time slot that fits them and you. And they are fairly expensive, especially if you want a good one. I am available when you need me (OK, I do need to sleep too, but I will answer your mail as soon as I possibly can, within the first 24-48 hours at the most), and you can take my recommendations and programs with you to the kitchen and the gym when it suits YOU, no matter what I’m doing at that time.
You report back to me once a week, and I see what – if anything – needs to be adjusted. I’d love a picture at the start of your journey with me, and under way as well as at the “end” - there never really is and end, I am certain you’ll be hooked on the great feeling you get from being in shape, fit and full of energy.
