Special Fitness Package



I guess you have checked out the previous post here? Well, I KNOW that 6 of you have. I hope some of you (or all of you) jumped on the occasion and purchased the package? Good for you. If not, what are you waiting for?

We are on it. Starting today (received the package on Thursday) we are applying the training recommendations from the videos, and reading the books as fast as humanly possible. Of course we noted the body composition Saturday, so that we can keep track of the expected progress over the next weeks.

Christmas in all this? Well, we're doing Christmukkah, but in any case there is no problem at all. There is still only ONE cheat-meal per week, whether it is year-end Holiday Season or not, it changes nothing. The gym is in the basement, the kitchen is stocked with healthy foods, and there is no reason to let it "slide" at all. Healthy food can also be tasty without being more calory-dense, and one single cookie won't hurt. Just remember to keep up the cardio, weights and rest!

Have a great pre-Chirstmas shopping - stay away from the malls on weekends if you can!
